AGA 2021
We will be holding our annual AGA meeting on Monday May 10th, 2021 at 8pm. Due to COVID-19, we will be holding the meeting online and will be using an online voting system to vote for positions on the board. Invitations to the online vote will be sent during the meeting.
The following positions are up for election this year:
- Vice President of Operations
- Regional Director
- Treasurer
- Director of Communications
- Director of Tournaments & Events
- Assistant Registrar

In order to be elected to the Hockey Saint-Laurent board, the elected must first pass an SPVM background verification. Those that do apply for one of the open positions will be sent the form to be filled out.
To apply for one of the positions up for vote this year, please complete the form on the website to submit your candidature. Application form. Interested candidates must submit their candidacy by 11:59pm on May 4th, 2021.
Invitations to the meeting will be sent out at a later date, those who wish to vote MUST RSVP in order to be sent the meeting details and voting form.
