Hockey Saint-Laurent is happy to offer a number of programs to fit your needs. Please review the programs below to see what fits best for your child.
New Members
Open for players from all levels M9 through to M21/Junior. Regular schedule of approximately 2 practices and 1 game every week against other teams of the EHL. Starting in September runs to the end of February or March.

MAHG U7 COED
The U7 division an introductions to hockey is for kids who are 5 or 6 years old. Hockey Saint-Laurent also offers limited spaces to 4 year olds. This program introduces basic hockey skill development and coordination and seeks to build a love for the game. Players do not have to know how to skate to sign up
MAGH (U7 - 5-6 years old) GIRLS! <-New for this year
Do you know a young girl (5-6 years old) hoping to live out her dream of playing hockey? The M7 program is perfect for new players starting out. Regular schedule of 2 practices on weekends led by trained coaches. Starting in September runs to the end of March. Full equipment is required. Parent participation on the ice is encouraged.
Regular Program & Performance Plus <-New for this year
All levels U9 through to Junior (M21)
Regular schedule of approximately 2 practices and 1 game every week against other teams of the EHL. Starting in September runs to the end of February or March.
Girls Hockey <-New for this year
Open to girls at U9 to 13 levels.
HSL is proud to offer a female-only option for girls interested in playing hockey! Open to girls from U9 to U13 (7 to 12 years old) Regular program of 2 practices and 1 match per week, this program runs from September to March. Our girls teams will compete against other girls teams in our region.
Hockey Sur Mesure
Open to players at U9, U11, U13 and U15 levels.
This recreational introduction hockey program is for players who want to play hockey but don't want to be part of a regular hockey league or simply can't commit to the hockey schedule.
Hockey Sur Mesure will consist of a weekly session (same day and time each week) that will include practice time and a friendly match with Hockey Saint-Laurent players each week from September to February.
Local Hockey <-New for this year
Open to players at U9, U11, U13 and U15 levels.
The Local Hockey program is designed for those who already have some ice hockey experience, but just want to play on a regular basis, once a week in a fun organized setting.
One session per week (same time/day each week)
Each session includes game and training at a 80/20 ratio.
Senior Hockey <-New for this year
Would you like to join a hockey team for next season?
There's now a new regional league just for you!
HSL is now offering players between the ages of 21 and 25 the opportunity to join a competitive team!
Girls First Shift Program
The NHL/NHLPA FIRST SHIFT program is designed to ensure a positive experience for new-to-hockey families. We want families to experience the game at its best — to understand why so many Canadians feel an inherent love for the sport, and to stimulate a desire for continued participation. We want to take away any intimidation as it relates to equipment requirements, and/or rules of the game, remove potential safety concerns, and most importantly, provide an experience that is memorable and fun.
