General Policies regarding Hockey Saint-Laurent

Please refer to the sections below regarding policies on equipment, fees, cancelleations and other related items.

Practice Jerseys and Game Jerseys

Practice jerseys will be handed out at the first practices of the season. Starting with the 2020-2021 season, parents will need to give a postdated cheque for $50 ($25/jersey) that will be returned once the jerseys have been returned to the association.

Game jerseys can be kept by the players at the end of the season.

A player will be charged for game jerseys if the jerseys have already been ordered and:

The player decides to quit
The player asks for a transfer to another association

Please keep in mind that Hockey Saint-Laurent pays for all ordered game jerseys.

Practice Cancellations

If a team has to cancel a practice, it must be done 48 hours in advance. If a practice is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, Hockey Saint-Laurent reserves the right to not reschedule the practice (the team essentially loses a practice). Hockey Saint-Laurent pays in advance for all reserved time slots, so cancelling a time slot does not reduce our costs.
