• All players must register in their respective age groups.
• Registration fees for those members that may participate on double letter teams are due when the team has been finalized.
• Team budgets will be due at the beginning of the season once the teams have been finalized and the team managers have determined their budget
• Please note that if during the registration process you change the address that Hockey Canada has on file for you, you must submit a new proof of residence. Only once has a new proof of residence been submitted and approved will your child be eligible to participate in the program.

• During the registration process you will be asked to confirm and provide additional information.
• At the request of Hockey Quebec, all parent and or legal guardian information needs to be confirmed and updated in order to ensure that all members registered in the program have up to date emergency contact information.
• At the request of Hockey Canada, members will be asked question related to race and nationality. Hockey Canada is collecting this information with the goal of ensuring that there is an equitable and fair participation in hockey throughout Canada. For these questions, there is an option available if you would prefer not to answer.
