Dear Hockey Saint-Laurent members,

This year’s annual AGA will take place on May 8th, 2023 @ 7pm at the Centre de Loisir, Room 136, 1375 rue Grenet.

The agenda and proposed by-law changed will be communicated later this week.

The positions up for vote this year are listed below. To be considered for any one of the listed positions, please fill in and submit an application form here: Elections 2023. Interested candidates must submit their candidacy by 11:59Pm on April 28th, 2023, AND have completed a criminal background check dated after May 1st 2021.

The following positions are 2-year terms:

  • Vice-president operations
  • Regional director (double letters)
  • Treasurer
  • Director Events and Sponsorship

The position below is for 3 years, subject to approval of the new statutes.

  • Director of Communications

The position below is for 2 years, subject to approval of the new statutes.

  • General administrator – 2 positions for a 2-year mandate
