In partnership with MyGoal, we are excited to introduce a brand-new weekly Performance Plus program for our members.

This small-group program will provide more personalized skating and puck-handling instruction for younger and beginner players, while offering advanced training sessions focused on skating, puck control, and shooting skills for intermediate and higher levels.

Designed to challenge players at any skill level, the program emphasizes technical development in small groups. In addition, gameplay sessions simulate real-game scenarios and strategies, allowing players to apply their skills in a competitive setting while developing game awareness, positioning, and decision-making.

    • U13 – Saturday 8:30 AM – $370
