- 30 min de Power skating
- 25 min de maniement de rondelle / exercices de tir
Maximum de 24 participants (12 joueurs par entraineur). Un entraîneur par groupe.
$125 pour 5 séances
This program consists of:
- 30 min of Powerskating
- 25 min of Stick handling / shooting drills
Maximum of 24 participants 2 groups of 12 players. One trainer per group
